Cornish collaboration creates Ginsters Steak and Ale Pasty
Two great Cornish brands have joined forces to create the new Ginsters Steak & Ale Pasty.
Developed by Ginsters’ expert chefs in collaboration with Tribute Ale from St. Austell Brewery, the Ginsters Steak & Ale Pasty is made with 100% Red Tractor Assured British steak marinated with Cornwall’s leading pale ale, potato and leek, wrapped in light puff pastry – offering consumers a complete on-the-go lunch or midweek meal solution.
Ginsters and St. Austell Brewery are long-established Cornish brands, which have baked and brewed in Cornwall for 50 and 150 years respectively. The collaboration sees Ginsters partner with one of the fastest growing cask ales in the UK to create this classic recipe.
