WHAT we DO
We are a food company employing more than 12,500 people across 15 bakeries. We manufacture more than a billion products each year, our customers include major supermarkets, convenience stores, hospitality venues, workplaces and travel outlets. We have a turnover of £1.6bn and sites all over the UK, including Leicestershire, Cornwall, East Sussex, Manchester and Bristol. We also have a site in Dublin in the Republic of Ireland.

We are constantly developing new and innovative food for people to enjoy on the go. We produce a wide range including sandwiches, salads, hot food-to-go and breakfast products, that are sold everywhere from supermarkets to convenience stores, coffee shops to student unions.
Savoury Pastry
We are incredibly proud of our heritage in savoury pastry products. We are the home of the definitive Melton Mowbray pork pie and the classic Cornish Pasty, and make a host of award-winning savoury pastry products such as hot pies, sausage rolls and slices for both our retail customers and our much-loved brands.

We produce mouth-watering prepared meals, all developed by our team of expert, restaurant-trained chefs. Our products span many types of cuisine including traditional British, Italian, Tex-Mex and healthier options, and are all regularly tested to ensure we’re delivering great-tasting, convenient meals.
Protein
Using British pork, a blend of seasonings and other fresh quality ingredients, our sausages consistently win national awards for excellence and recipe innovation. We also cure, cook and slice delicious, premium ham, and make a wide range of sumptuous pates.
